  I asked about replacing a toilet flush, which I would have thought would have been a normal request. The members of floor staff and customer services staff I spoke to really had no clue what I was on about, I got sent to lots of different places before I could get sorted. The checkout staff were friendly and more helpful.

  Just wanted to highly reco!! All the staff servicing the wood cutting and surrounding area have been so amazingly helpful and friendly! On my second visit to the store it was lovely to be greeted by 'Mark' so helpful and a great asset to your team.
